Understanding Your Facebook Ad Performance Data
Data without understanding is just numbers. At Agent Wise X, we believe every business owner should understand their advertising metrics — not just to evaluate agency performance, but to make better business decisions. Here’s your guide to the metrics that matter.
Primary Performance Metrics
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend): Revenue generated per dollar spent on ads. A 3x ROAS means BDT 3 earned for every BDT 1 spent. CPA (Cost Per Acquisition): How much you pay to acquire a customer or lead. CTR (Click-Through Rate): Percentage of people who click your ad after seeing it. Healthy CTR ranges from 1-3%.
Efficiency Metrics
CPM (Cost Per 1,000 Impressions): Indicates how competitive your targeting is. CPC (Cost Per Click): Shows how compelling your ad creative is. Frequency: How many times each person sees your ad. Above 3-4 indicates potential ad fatigue.
Quality Metrics
Relevance Score / Quality Ranking: Facebook’s assessment of your ad quality. Landing Page Experience: How well your post-click experience performs. Conversion Rate: Percentage of clickers who complete the desired action.
Business Impact Metrics
Customer Lifetime Value vs CPA: Are you acquiring customers profitably long-term? Incrementality: Are ads driving new business or reaching people who would have converted anyway? Blended ROAS: Total revenue divided by total ad spend across all campaigns.
