Privacy

This has not been checked by a lawyer. It is a plain description of what this website does with your information, written so it can be checked properly before launch. If you are the owner of this site, have a lawyer read it.

What we collect

When you fill in a form. Your name, your WhatsApp number, and whatever you type in the message box. That is it. We do not ask for your address, your national ID, or your bank details on any form on this site.

When you use a free tool. Whatever you type into the tool, such as a web address. Phone numbers in the fraud checker are different, see below. Reports you save are kept for 90 days and then deleted.

Phone numbers in the fraud checker. We never store the number you check in plain text. We keep only a hash of it. A hash is a scrambled code. It cannot be turned back into the number. Next to the hash we keep the date and the score. The hash lets us skip asking the couriers again when the same number is checked twice. A saved report shows only the last 3 digits of the number. We delete all of this after 90 days. If a number should not be on our list, message us with it and we will delete it straight away.

Basic visit information. Which pages were opened and roughly when. This is how we know which tools people find useful.

What we do with it

We reply to you. That is the main thing. If you leave a WhatsApp number we message you about what you asked for.

We do not sell your information. We do not pass it to anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a list you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Some parts of the site talk to other companies to work:

• Courier companies, when you use the fraud checker, so we can ask about a delivery record.
• Google, when a tool measures how fast a website loads.
• Search data providers, for the SEO tools.

Each of those sees only what it needs for that one job.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. One remembers whether you want prices in taka or dollars. One keeps you signed in if you are an administrator. One counts your free tool checks for the day so the limits work. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

How long we keep it

• Leads and messages: until you ask us to delete them.
• Saved tool reports: 90 days.
• Fraud checker hashes: 90 days.
• Cached answers from couriers and search tools: a few hours to a few days.

Your choices

Message us on WhatsApp and ask us to delete your details, and we will. Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
