Where the cut off lines come from
Google cuts a title by width, and a description by how many lines it fills. A title gets about 580 pixels on a laptop and 920 on a phone. A description gets 2 lines on a laptop and 3 on a phone, in a column about 495 and 433 pixels wide. Google publishes none of these, so treat them as close, not exact.
